In addition of being a reference for fans to access all information regarding the Club (news, team rosters, calendars, results, etc.), RCD Espanyol's mobile apps were pioneers in the use of cashless technologies for accessing the entire ecosystem of services that the Club provides to both its members and all fans.
To this end, the apps integrate a wallet module that centralises all of these services, from purchasing club merchandise or food and drinks at stadium establishments during games, to purchasing tickets and everything related to managing the Club membership card, including its transfer to third parties.
All of this is done using the latest cashless technologies to fully secure the user's payment methods and transactions carried out through the platform in a centralised manner, making the user's purchasing experience through the apps completely safe and as comfortable as possible.
Both applications are in continuous evolution for the incorporation of new functionalities and for attending to any incidents that may arise, which requires carrying out the corresponding maintenance and evolutionary work.

The Club has a direct line with the development team for reporting incidents, which are analysed and attended to as promptly as possible based on the KPIs agreed with the customer according to their criticality.
In parallel with the attention and resolution of incidents, regular meetings are held with the customer to analyse new developments and requirements, advise them on the best way to carry out the evolutions, and convey the effort evaluation for each of them.
Similarly, in parallel, the development team carries out the agreed evolutions according to the priority set by the customer, and new versions with these evolutions are delivered to the Club for approval before being published in the official Apple and Google stores.
Following the procedures described in the previous section, a very productive working dynamic has been achieved with the Club, resulting in a continuous improvement and evolution of both applications.
This way, the customer is able to provide value to their users through the applications, and has the assurance that any problem or error that may occur in them will be attended to in the appropriate times, thus ensuring the stability of the applications.
