Izertis develops an Equal Opportunities Plan for men and women in the workplace

The Human Resources Department of Izertis is working on the development and implementation of an Equality Plan that reflects in writing our commitment to real equality between women and men in the workplace.

With this plan it becomes clear the firm commitment of Izertis to establish within our organization policies of real equality and the implementation of measures that promote and integrate equal treatment and opportunities for women and men without directly or indirectly discriminating them because of sex.

Promoting equality between men and women is a key strategic principle and of vital importance for our company, which is part of our corporate and Human Resources policy and which is also in accordance with the definition established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, in favour of effective equality between women and men.
