Izertis ranks among the 300 highest-growing European companies of the last decade

Izertis ranks among the 300 European companies with the highest sustained revenue growth over the last decade. This is according to Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2027, the ranking compiled by Financial Times and Statista which analyses the revenue growth of European companies between 2015 and 2025. This is the third edition of the ranking and the first in which the Spanish technology consultancy has been included.

Izertis is ranked 158th in the overall standings. A total of 61 of the 300 companies included fall into the ‘IT & Software’ category, which is the most widely represented on the list. In this field, the Spanish technology company ranks 34th.

The ranking brings together companies from 29 European countries. Italy accounts for 24.3% of the total, followed by the United Kingdom with 15.3%; Germany with 15%; and France with 13%. Taken together, these four countries account for just under two-thirds of the selected companies.

Spain has 27 companies in the ranking. Izertis ranks 14th among them and second among the three Spanish companies in the ‘IT & Software’ category, behind Typeform and ahead of Álamo Consulting.

The companies included in Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2027 have their headquarters in Europe and are independent (neither subsidiaries nor branches of any kind), as well as having generated a minimum turnover of 100.000 euros in 2015 and 10 million in 2025. They also had to have a compound annual growth rate of at least 11.25% over that period and demonstrate that the business’s growth had been primarily organic.

The ranking is based on revenue data provided and verified by the companies themselves, which was subsequently processed and checked by Statista. To assess the predominantly organic nature of the growth, the firm also reviewed the companies’ track record of mergers and acquisitions between the financial years 2015 and 2025.

The Financial Times and Statista highlight the resilience and adaptability of the selected companies, which have managed to maintain steady growth over a decade marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, rising energy costs and geopolitical tensions.

This is the first time Izertis has been included in this list, although the technology consultancy has already featured in other rankings published by the prestigious business newspaper. In fact, just this year, it was included in the FT1000: Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies, which lists the European companies with the highest annual growth rates. It was included in the list – having already featured in the 2021 and 2022 editions – with a compound annual growth rate of 27 per cent between 2021 and 2024.

Internationalisation

This recognition forms part of Izertis’s growth trajectory and the objectives set out in its 2030 Business Plan, which forecasts revenue of 500 million euros – with 50% expected to come from Spain and 50% from international markets – and normalised EBITDA of 65 million.

In the strategy set out in this roadmap, which combines organic and inorganic growth, internationalisation and specialisation in advanced technologies, artificial intelligence plays a central and cross-cutting role, with an impact on professional capabilities, working methodologies and the solutions developed for clients.

In this way, Izertis is making progress towards its goal of becoming one of the leading technology consultancies in Southern Europe, with a distinctive, competitive brand capable of generating sustainable long-term value.
