The project
The organisation was replacing a critical legacy platform with a modern core business system, a programme of significant scale and complexity. The new platform required testing across multiple upstream and downstream integrations, alongside validation of large volumes of business-critical data being migrated from the legacy environment.
End-to-end business processes needed to function correctly across numerous connected applications, while multiple delivery teams worked simultaneously across agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies, creating coordination challenges.
The client also needed meaningful quality metrics and governance to support informed go-live decisions, all while maintaining business continuity and minimising operational and delivery risk. The solution
Izertis was engaged as the independent Quality Assurance and Testing partner for a large-scale transformation replacing a critical legacy platform with a modern core business system. The programme involved complex business processes, significant data migration, numerous integrations and stringent regulatory requirements.
