Project Managed the build of a new fund platform by one of our clients and the migration of £8Bn AUM from the legacy outsourced provider.

Corporate & Investment Banking Target Operating Model

Supported the investment banking unit of a UK Big-5 bank to define and implement its Banking–Reform compliant operating model.

£2Bn Custody Migration

Ran the full migration and repapering between two global custodians for one of our UK wealth clients.
