Pablo Martín Rodríguez

Mr Pablo Martín Rodríguez, by virtue of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting and the Board of Directors, both dated 27 June 2025, holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman within the Board of Directors as an executive director. Prior to his appointment, Mr Martín was designated as the natural person representative of Laren Capital S.L.U., the entity that previously held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of IZERTIS.

As an entrepreneur and technology investor since 1996 and founder of IZERTIS, he has driven sustained growth for more than 26 consecutive years, transforming a local company into one with national and international expansion and consolidation, operating in over 50 countries and achieving total revenue exceeding €138 million in the 2024 financial year.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) and studies in International Trade from the Universidad Laboral de Gijón. He has supplemented his education with an Executive Business Angels programme at IE Business School and a Human Resources Executive Development programme from HAYS. He has also completed various specialised courses in corporate finance, strategy, operations and marketing.

He is a member of several boards of directors of technology-based companies and advanced services firms, and he plays an active role in organisations linked to the business world and ICTs.
