Carlos Emilio Sartorius Witte

Throughout his more than 40-year professional career, he has held senior executive positions in leading B2B technology companies based in the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe and Asia. Among other roles, he has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Global Sales and Services at Citrix; Vice President and Managing Director at Hewlett Packard; Chief Operating Officer at Orange Business Services; and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Avaya.

Mr Carlos Sartorius Witte is currently Chairman of the Advisory Board of the German company Vivecti Group, formerly known as Prospitalia Group. In addition, since December 2024, he has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Spanish company Learnlight, founded in 2007.

Mr Sartorius holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, specialising in Communication Systems. He also completed an Executive Leadership Development Programme at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, United States of America), as well as multiple leadership and management courses delivered by Motorola.
