Carla Carrio Quilligan

Carla Carrio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo. She also holds the University Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the same university.

She has developed her entire professional career at IZERTIS, specialising in corporate governance and providing commercial advice to companies on matters relating to decisions of the board of directors or general meetings, as well as on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations. She has held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors since March 2024.
