Why you should do performance testing

The night before a move to production is usually marked by little sleep and a lot of tension, caused by the uncertainty of not knowing how the system will behave once all users are working in the environment.

How does it work?
Performance tests are executed through automated scripts that emulate the actions of an end user on the application under test. The scripts run in parallel, each acting as a “virtual user”, anticipating the expected load once the system goes into production.
During execution, our consultants monitor the system receiving the load using performance indicators, an action called monitoring. With the metrics obtained, Globe Testing suggests improvements to optimise performance and improve the application’s response times.
Comprehensive service
Globe Testing offers a comprehensive performance testing service, however, and given the nature of this type of testing, it is important to work as a team with the rest of its resources (system administrators, developers, database administrators...).
Globe Testing consultants will analyse the test results and give your staff directions as to areas of improvement or potential problems. Likewise, they will be responsible for indicating the types of tests to be executed and their loading volume, among other things.
