Continuous improvement
We continuously strive to improve our processes, products, and services. We have implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, which allows us to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise our operations. This principle of “continuous improvement” extends to all other standards certified by the company. Continuous improvement is a key pillar to achieving excellence and remaining competitive in the market. We constantly reflect on and analyse each of the company’s business processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
Customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to understanding and meeting our clients’ needs and expectations by providing high-quality products and services. We use all available tools to gather feedback on our performance and services. We value our customers’ opinions and integrate them into our improvement processes, always seeking to exceed expectations.
Compliance with quality management and environmental management systems and legal regulations.
We adopt a systematic approach to Quality and Environmental Management, following the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, respectively. This approach includes the planning, implementation, control, and improvement of our processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards as well as all applicable legislation. We ensure that all our employees are trained and committed to the company’s various policies, including the Quality and Environmental Policy. We promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation. We conduct regular reviews of our systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure their effectiveness.
We recognise the importance of protecting the environment. We have implemented an Environmental Management System that allows us to identify and control the environmental impacts of our activities. We are committed to preventing pollution, reducing resource consumption, and promoting the adoption of sustainable practices across all our operations. We encourage the participation of all employees in environmental management and promote environmental awareness through training and awareness programmes.
We establish environmental objectives and targets and monitor our performance to ensure compliance with our commitments. We are committed to measuring, monitoring, reporting, verifying, managing, and reducing our carbon footprint in accordance with ISO 14064 principles. We implement strategies to minimise greenhouse gas emissions, such as improving energy efficiency, using renewable energy sources, and optimising our production processes. We conduct greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventories and establish reduction plans to help combat climate change and promote a more sustainable future through a low-carbon economy. We communicate our progress and achievements in carbon footprint reduction to our stakeholders.
We ensure compliance with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements regarding Quality and the Environment. We maintain continuous monitoring of legal obligations and ensure that our operations are in full conformity with them. Corrective measures are implemented when necessary to guarantee that our activities are carried out in accordance with current regulations.
