Ran the full migration and repapering between two global custodians for one of our UK wealth clients.

Supported our clients in implementing both Salesforce & Dynamics CRM systems.
New Bank Branch Licence Submission
Worked with the international division of one of the UK Big-5 banks to prepare a submission to the PRA for a new bank branch in the UK.

Supported a division of a UK Big-5 bank to set up its new Data & Analytics unit by standing up a 10 person interim team of specialists within 4 weeks.
