Purpose

To manage your application for the recruitment processes currently open and to retain your details in our job database for future job vacancies in line with your area of interest, provided you give us your consent to do so.

The company will not make automated decisions, profiling, or apply logic to your data.

Legitimation

By completing this form and accepting the privacy policy, you expressly consent to your data being processed by IZERTIS to assess your suitability for potential vacancies within IZERTIS’ workforce.

Recipients

The data may be shared with other companies within the IZERTIS group for the same purposes described in the “purpose” section, as well as with data processors performing subcontracted activities, with whom the corresponding agreement has been formalised in accordance with data protection regulations.

Data Retention

The data provided will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, once this has concluded, if you have given your consent, it will be retained in our job bank for a maximum of 4 years from the date of our last contact.

Rights

The data subject may exercise the following rights:

  • Right to request access to your personal data.

  • Right to request rectification or erasure.

  • Right to request the restriction of processing.

  • Right to object to processing.

  • Right to data portability.

  • Right to withdraw consent.
