Patrimonio Comunal Olivarero
Warehouse management process digitalisation
The project
Izertis is developing a software architecture to facilitate the work of Patrimonio Comunal Olivarero; on the one hand it integrates the management of clients, visits, samples and users, and on the other hand, it provides scale reading tasks and advanced dashboards. Work is also taking place in IoT consultancy to incorporate sensors that indicate the levels on the olive oil tanks, as well as the environmental conditions to which they are subjected.
Challenges
-
Integral warehouse management and access to dates from multiple devices.
-
Sensorisation of the tanks where the olive oil is stored.
-
Obtaining an analytical report covering the conditions of the warehouses.
The solution
An IoT consultation is being held in order to visualise and weigh up alternatives to level sensors for storing olive oil in the tanks. To do this, sensors would be fitted that would continuously upload the oil tank level readings onto the cloud. Another of the project phases that is being currently worked upon, involves the development of a Business Intelligence dashboard to obtain more detailed data analysis, and of a Smart software that manages and improves different tasks and services.
The result
Izertis will transform the Patrimonio Comunal Olivarero’s warehouse management using IoT technology and developing Smart software. Among other aspects, the development of this Smart software will allow the company to manage visitor availability from the website, automatically register scale readings and the net weight calculation, manage client contracts, invoicing, gain more user control, access the database through the cloud remotely and from any device, as well as being able to link product samples to loading data.
