Izertis is alocated the support and maintenance of the Metro de Madrid IOS App
Our company has started to work with 'Metro de Madrid' (Madrid Underground) to carry out support and maintenance of the mobility applications developed for the IOS operating system, "with applications implemented or pending implementation".
The main services of this contest include both technical and functional support, the resolution of incidents and problems, as well as the evolutionary and functional maintenance of the same, according to the work procedures in force at Metro de Madrid. Also, it will review the improvement of documentation and the performance of the applications, technical support to users, tests, or deployment of applications themselves.
'Metro de Madrid' has been serving for more than 100 years and serves 2.2 million people daily, between the capital and its metropolitan area. It is currently the most extensive metro network in Spain, with a length of 294 kilometers of tracks.
