Izertis supports young talent and participates in the Next Job event
Our company is committed to incorporate the best young national and international talent, so that it forms part of our growth project. Strengthening our development structure through the most promising young people is one of the strategic points on which our HR and Corporate Culture department is working.
At Izertis we offer young talent who joins the opportunity to accelerate their professional career, participating in innovative projects with advanced technologies, in challenging scenarios and with the experience of working with highly qualified teams that will allow them to learn both technologies and management business in digital transformation environments.
To that end, we have participated in this Next Job event, the on-site employment fair created for young talents, which has been held this week at La Nave in Madrid, and in which we have participated as sponsors, speakers and recruiters.
The objective of this youth employment fair has been to create a pleasant experience when it comes to finding work. More than 2,000 young people have participated on it, along with more than 25 companies, with 25 talks linked to employment, and the most important, where more than 300 job offers have been generated.

The most repeated profiles during the venue were those of Engineering, Marketing, ADE, FP in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Administration of Network Computer Systems, Development of Multiplatform Applications, Development of Web Applications, Development of Multiplatform Applications + Development of Web Applications, Cybersecurity, Automation and Industrial Robotics, Telecommunications and Computer Systems, among others.
Likewise, representatives of our firm have been present, such as Eva María Corral, one of our greatest specialists in Data & Intelligence, or Sonia Ruíz, our Head of Talent Recruitment, who during the celebration of the event commented that "for us, our role, not only of generating value for large clients and administrations in Spain and internationally, but also our commitment to help the new generations to have a smooth transition from the end of their studies to the beginning of their professional career.
