Izertis celebrates the event “Blockchain: Designing a New Future” in Madrid
Izertis celebrates next April 2 at Impact Hub el Gobernador de Madrid, the event "Blockchain: Designing a New Future". The technological day, which will include theoretical and practical contents aimed at companies, immersed in processes of Digital Transformation and blockchain developers who wish to experiment with such disruptive technology will offer the opportunity to exchange views and to make known through conference, round tables of experts and presentation of real cases, the many advantages of adopting the chain of blocks in different sectors.
On the other hand and simultaneously there will also be a hackathon, in which the programmers wishing to participate in this challenge must develop a project, for which the Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) of Izertis will be enabled, a nod of Alastria and Stockmind that may be presented at the end of the day. From among the submitted works, the winning project will be voted and will be known.
The event, sponsored by Alastria, Bankia and Liferay and presented by Sheila Méndez, Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation of Izertis and Montse Guardia, General Manager of Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem will have the presence of top level experts in Blockchain as Urko Larrañaga, Head of Blockchain & Digital Transformation and Innovation Area of Izertis, Luis Gozalo, DevOps Manager of Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem, Joaquín Cabezas, Project and Presales Manager of Izertis, Richard Villaverde, Responsible for Information Systems of Capsa Food, Alberto G. Toribio, Blockchain & Innovation Specialist of Bankia who will share their experience with the participants regarding the various Blockchain projects they are developing.
As a finishing touch to this event, in a round table will also be discussed what is the legal framework applicable to Blockchain, no doubt one of the great challenges to be solved. To talk about it in depth we will have Alejandro Gómez de la Cruz, CEO and Cofounder of Icofunding Blockchain Lawyer; Julián Inza, Conformity Assessment Body Chief Audit Officer of EadTrust and Pablo F. Burgueño, lawyer and specialized professor in Blockchain, currently working in SmartHC.
