The Spanish technology consulting chaired by Pablo Martín has today received final approval from the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV), which has authorised its jump from BME Growth, where it has been listed since 25/11/2019, to the main segment of the Spanish stock exchange. The General Meeting of Shareholders had given the green light to the operation on Friday 27 June.
The ringing of the bell will take place at 12:00 pm at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid and will be led by Pablo Martín, president and CEO of Izertis. The event can be followed live on the following link: Ringing of the bell | Izertis.
This is a strategic operation for the company that will allow it to offer greater liquidity to its shareholders, in addition to facilitating access to institutional, national and international investors.
