AENOR renews Izertis IT service management and security certifications
The Spanish Standars and Certification Association (AENOR) has renewed our firm's certifications for information systems security, ISO 27001 and the National Security Framework (ENS) in its medium category, as well as ISO 20000-1 in IT services.
The ISO 20000-1 certification of the Information Technology Services Management System contributes to achieving compliance of IT services with minimum business-oriented requirements for organizations and, in addition, provides external recognition by an independent third party.
Improving the results and operation of technological applications, and ensuring the provision of a consistent quality IT service
Among the benefits of this type of certification are an improvement in IT services within the organization itself, minimizing response times in the event of an incident, improving the results and operation of technological applications, and ensuring the provision of a consistent quality IT service at an effective cost.
Likewise, the ISO 27001 certification of Information Security Management Systems allows the assurance, confidentiality and integrity of data and information, as well as of the systems that process it.

For its part, the National Security Framework establishes the security policy in the use of electronic means. It is made up of basic principles and minimum requirements that allow adequate protection of information systems and services against internal and external threats and incidents.
The renewal of these certifications together with the National Security Scheme guarantees the involvement of our company in the service and security that it provides to its clients.
