Izertis opens offices in Lisbon and turns it into its international headquarters with greater capacity
Technology company Izertis inaugurated new offices in Lisbon, which now become its reference headquarters in Portugal and its largest internationally. This opening is in response to the growth of the delegation, which in the last 5 years has multiplied the size of its commercial and operational teams in Portugal by 4 times.
Specifically, the facilities will be located in Parque Das Nações, in a space with "excellent working conditions and a privileged location, which will allow the company to continue offering excellent services to its clients, from a modern and functional space equipped with state-of-the-art technology", has explained Ivon Ramalho, CEO of Izertis Portugal during the inauguration ceremony.
This action is part of Izertis' international growth strategy, which also aims to consolidate the firm's position in the Portuguese market. The company intends to expand its portfolio of clients and projects, multiplying its reach in specialties such as digital transformation, technological consulting, and software development.
Second country with the highest number of employees, commercial, and operational capacity after Spain, its country of origin
The Izertis delegations in Portugal, Lisbon, and Aveiro, currently play an important role in the corporation's international scope, acting as a specialised technological centre from where it supports projects in markets such as Egypt, Switzerland, Germany, or Cape Verde, among many others.
From a technical standpoint, this delegation has consolidated among the country's prescribers and technology community in recent years, in areas such as Infrastructure, Data & Intelligence, CPM, ERP Infor, or SAP.
Attracting projects and generating business
Izertis began its operations in Portugal in 2018 with the acquisition of companies Acordiant and Sparklegend, which months later were integrated into the newly formed Izertis Portugal. Currently, Izertis' team in Portugal makes up 5% of the corporation's international workforce, making it the second country with the highest number of employees, commercial, and operational capacity after Spain, its country of origin. It is currently ranked as one of the top 5 companies to work for in Portugal.
