Izertis, responsible for ‘maintenance of the support system for the treatment of tax subjects and domiciles’ of the Madrid Tax Agency

Our company has won the public tender for the "maintenance of the support system for the treatment of tax subjects and domiciles", one of the main sources of data for the collection systems of the Madrid Tax Agency (ATM). Within this service, corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance tasks of the Madrid finance support system would be included.

The processes of standardization and updating of subjects and addresses entail the consultation and the crossing of information from different information systems and files from multiple organizations and entities external to the ATM. These massive crossings of information and records processing allow the correction, normalization and verifications necessary to improve the quality of the data in order to send settlements and receipts to taxpayers, among others.

This high number of databases increases the complexity of the documentary and administrative compilation process, and can affect collection elements that harm the voting party or the administration, so it is a key piece within the chain of management of City council income.

"Izertis is currently considered one of the main Spanish specialists in data processing, with projects in which it has achieved to manage dashboards that exceed 140 million records per week, both from national and international companies", has explained, Juan Antonio Muñoz, our Business Development Manager and in charge of this project.

The contract will last for two years.
