Izertis proposed an On-Premise business continuity project with the aim of standardising processes and improving business management through the implementation of finance and supply chain modules.
For the second phase, derived from the completion of the lifecycle of the previously implemented On Premise solution, we upgraded to the most current version, Dynamics 365 Business Central, a more standard, user-friendly, flexible and scalable tool, which allows total autonomy. Taking advantage of this reimplementation, the WMS and manufacturing functionality was added to improve the management of the processes of the companies acquired by the group.
With this technology, today KUA has achieved efficiency in inventory management, standardisation of processes and obtaining real-time financial analysis to simplify financial decision making, integrating all information into a single system, facilitating data collection, increasing productivity and workflows.
The tool deployed facilitates and incorporates new functionalities and upgrades for business growth, supporting the integration of new technologies, aligning with growth and providing a significant improvement in integrating the business model of newly acquired companies.
