Capsa Food desired to put into operation its Digital Transformation Office to increase the capabilities of execution of technological projects and the development of an innovation plan in the short and medium term. This roadmap includes innovation and digital transformation initiatives, oriented with the activity developed by Capsa Food.
The bases, methodologies and principles have been established to deploy Capsa Food's Digital Transformation Office, with the aim of positioning it as a leading company, participant in innovation ecosystems and focused on operative excellence with a clear customer orientation.
Capsa Food has now a DTO governance model to lead, promote and coordinate the technological innovations to be implemented in business processes, integrating the analysis of existing opportunities in the market and the collaboration between the different enablers that make up the areas functional of the organization.
