One of our clients is looking for a Junior Business Analyst in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

In an Agile framework, you will integrate the Source2Pay squad as a business analyst / process engineer to contribute to ensure the business continuity and the implementation of the value-chain S2P.
The objective is to support the end-users and ensure the proper functioning of the tools and process. You will manage small changes, recurrent tasks and incidents in collaboration with other squad members and end-users.

  • Gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
  • Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
  • Define the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information.
  • Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
  • Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency & compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, …) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support.
  • Periodically review the documentation to make sure they are still reflecting the reality and comply with necessary requirements from control functions (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, …).

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English + French and/or Dutch.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Ivalua.
  • Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
  • Good expertise in MS Office
  • Analytical mind – conceptual thinking
