Business Analyst - Brussels

We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal & external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
• Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
• Identify business needs.
• Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout and support the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Define and execute business test scenarios.
• Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting,…) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of English + fluency in French and/or Dutch. 
• Availability for a hybrid work model: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of Octane (testing tool).
• Analytical mind - conceptual thinking.
• Structured approach.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Adapted communication to all types of audience.
• Autonomous.
• A good understanding of work flow processes is a plus.
