Job description

IT Security Analyst - Brussels

We are looking for an IT Security Analyst, for our client in Brussels (Belgium).

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for a set of activities ensuring our reactivity during a critical application failure.
  • Configuration of the IT DRP plan, end-to-end (including customer service providers).
  • Definition of end-to-end continuity test plans for each scope/object/scenario/contributor.
  • Testing backup/restore of critical systems;
  • Improvements to security policy and procedures
  • Definition of CISO cooperation policies and procedures.
  • The resource will work with service providers and IT asset managers on security improvements: Data leak prevention; Logging and monitoring;Security recording a detection; Network security;Vulnerability scanning
  • Challenge current rules and access (including streamlining configuration rules if relevant) – collaboration with department heads, CISO;
  • Review the access management process and structurally integrate the recertification process, involving relevant “roles” and demonstrating the responsibility assumed (remote and local accesses).
  • Configure local CMDB in ServiceNow, including:
  • Inventory of application items and IT infrastructure (in conjunction with partners).
  • Define the work process to maintain the CMDB inventory and ITIL dashboard in SNOW.

 

Requirements:

  • Languages: English (mandatory); French and/or Dutch are a plus.
  • You have (at least) 5 years of experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience is required in the activities listed in the Job Description for which the resource needs to take the lead.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and tools/services + ServiceNow.
  • Experience with external vendors in mitigating security topics.
  • Telework: 60% on site (Tuesday, Thursday + 1 day of choice) & 40% homeworking
