Izertis recognised as the 5th Best Company to Work for in Portugal in 2022

Our company has been recognised as the 5th Best Company to Work for in Portugal 2022, by EXAME magazine, in the "Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar em Portugal" (MEPT) initiative organised in partnership with ManpowerGroup and AESE Business School.

The MEPT initiative has more than twenty years and aims to highlight the best policies and practices in human resources, talent management, leadership and communication in Portuguese companies, along with the growing relevance of social and corporate responsibility in their actions.

This ranking, carried out each year by the prestigious EXAME magazine, is prepared after a rigorous evaluation of existing practices and the levels of satisfaction and commitment of the respective employees.

The team spirit and internal communication in the company has been important in a context of so many social transformations and the permanent state of growth of the company in Portugal

Our consulting firm was recognised as the 5th Best Company to work for in Portugal according to the study conducted by ManpowerGroup, whose results, involving more than 13,000 employees from the many participating companies, were analysed and presented by AESE Business School at the Forum "The Future of Work" held in Lisbon on 27 October 2022. Among the companies evaluated, the level of employee satisfaction, which exceeds 80%, stands out for the top 20.

Ivon Ramalho, CEO of Izertis in Portugal, has highlighted to EXAME magazine "the multiple initiatives of technical training, development and professional recognition that the company has had for its people, together with the close relationship that it maintains with them and that they value highly".

"The team spirit and internal communication in the company has been important in a context of so many social transformations and the permanent state of growth of the company in Portugal," said Nuno Nogueira, Human Resources Director of Izertis in Portugal. Ivon Ramalho also told EXAME magazine that he believes that "Izertis is or will be the coolest company in the sector in Portugal".
