The Izertis group acquires 100% of the companies Desinor and Alsys, reinforcing its national expansion plan

This operation is a part of the growing strategy of Izertis for this year, in which it continues with its expansion throughout the national market.

Izertis has announced the acquisition of Desinor Data, which is originally Basque, and Alsys, which is Catalan. Both firms will join the Izertis group.

The partners of both organization have considered the operation as positive, and the agreement of integration consolidates Izertis as one of the main business groups within the TIC sector at a national level, thus reinforcing and securing the growth of its activity in the following years.

• Desinor Data was founded in Bilbao in 2003 and is specialized in providing Outsourcing Professional Services and IT Selection. It has offices in Bilbao and Oviedo.
• Alsys performs its activity in the IT and communications technological field, and it has over 14 years of experience within the sector. Its offices are in Barcelona and Tarragona.

According the words by the President of Izertis, Pablo Martín Rodriguez, "the objective is to take advantage of the exiting synergies between the three companies to offer the most efficient and advanced solutions to our clients, which will result favorably in the development of the entire group".

The integration of both companies adds a turnover of more than 5 million euros in the group and a team of 100 professionals, which consolidates Izertis as one of the main agents in the IT sector.

The result of this operation is a business group with 20 years of history, an expected turnover that exceeds 20 million euros for 2016 and more than 300 workers distributed among their Spanish and Latin American delegations.
