Izertis acquires the Valencian consulting company Okode

We announce the acquisition of the consulting firm Okode, a company specialising in consulting and development of IT services, multiplatform mobile applications, progressive Web applications and Cloud solutions, thus continuing with its expansion strategy.

The operation allows us to strengthen our presence in Levante Area of Spain and add an important portfolio of clients, with relevant references in the insurance, health, industrial or logistics sectors.

Okode, founded in 2008, is one of the national references in the development of mobile and progressive web applications on hybrid and native technologies, with a current global market of more than 360 billion dollars and with growth prospects of 23.8 % per year until 2030, according to the consulting firm Market Research Future.

The Valencian also has extensive experience in the specialties of consulting and development of IT services, including business applications, implementation of critical mission services in the cloud and customised Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

As Pablo Martín, Chairman and CEO of Izertis, has pointed out, "in addition to the company's large client portfolio, the knowledge and technical level of Okode's consultants and engineers, which does not allow offering high quality solutions in an increasingly competitive market.

Okode joins Izertis in full growth of the consultancy, which in the last financial year announced a growth of 28.2% in its turnover and 38.0% in its normalized Ebitda, and which aims to reach 125 million euros of turnover and a normalized EBITDA of 12.5 million in 2023.
